我們有左邊、右邊鼻孔，吸氣、吐氣時有沒有一樣？

其實不一樣，可以感覺不一樣；右邊等於是太陽的意思，左邊等於是月亮.

平常頭痛時可以用手把右邊鼻孔關起來，只用左邊鼻孔吸氣、吐氣，約五分鐘，頭痛就好了。

如果疲倦、累了，相反的關起左邊的鼻孔，只用右邊吸氣、吐氣，不用多久，馬上精神好起了。

 因為右邊屬於火氣，比較會熱，左邊比較會涼。 

女生大部分吸氣、吐氣在左邊，所以心比較會涼快。

 男生大部分吸氣、吐氣在右邊，所以他們比較會生氣。

我們起床時，可以注意哪邊吸氣、吐氣比較快？左邊或右邊？

 如果左邊比較快，覺得提不起精神，可以關起左邊鼻孔，用右邊呼吸，很快的精神會好起來。 

這也可以教給小孩，大人用更好。如果你有警覺心的話，速度更快。

 以前我曾經頭痛，痛得非常厲害，去看醫生，醫生說：你去結婚就好了！（眾笑）,醫生說得沒錯，他有理論根據。

當時每天晚上都頭痛，沒有辦法看書，有吃藥，也不是辦法。

 有一天晚上靜坐，關起右鼻孔呼吸，這樣子做，不到一個禮拜，頭痛好了！持續做了一個月，從那天晚上到現在，一次也沒有頭痛過。

這是我自己親身經驗過，每一次我告訴別人，你們頭痛的話，試試看，因為我的身體有效果，很多人試過也有效果。這是一種自然的處理，不像吃藥會有副作用，為什麼不用呢？

經常清楚的吸氣、吐氣，身體會覺非常輕鬆。

我自己在轻微头痛时试过，有效！当然严重时就没那么好效果了。

So happy seeing all other mummies's kids develop so well. but why my boy never wan to learn?

No matter what i teach him, he just ignore, 1 day when he is happy, then he may do. For eg. clapping hand. he clap one when he want to do so.. we teach him to wave "bye bye", he will push our hand away when we hold his hand.

We teach him "mum mum" or "nen nen". but he just don pronounse those start with "M, N, E, Y". he like his own talk of "P, D, G". Yes, until now he still can;t tell "mum mum or nen nen" of coz not mummy as well.. i try hard way to teach him as well, when i know that is feeding time, i let him cry and force him to say nen nen or mum mum, he just cry cry cry... louder and louder.. i even leave him alone in the playpen and force him, but he just keep crying only.. 

sigh~~

i bougth him flash card, he play it as a toy.. whenever i want to show him and teach him, he just push it away.. he like it, as a toy.. and he like books as well, he can play with the book for very long time..

i found that he is stubborn and like to against what we said or teach.. not sure whether he really don understand or just pretend it..

my best fren told me, some baby is like that, they learn in their heart, one day u will surprise he actually lean all, just they don wan to express out...

maybe my way of teaching is wrong?

I really don know how to teach him liao..  so kek sim...

p/s oh yeah, he only understand when i say NO.. & he is going to be 13mth old this weekend..

After seeing lot of mummies' collection, here i share with u my collection.

u might not interested with my collection. ^_^ but i do hope u enjoy "watching"

got full set of mini doll at home town~ mostly bought in m'sia

the light blue one is handkerchief, then got panty in the box & etc ;-p

2 from HK, the small keychain from my ex-manager during his vacation~

from HK, don know what this for, got light & will blink if i tighten the battery at the back

This is 95% of my ultraman collection, still got some i don know where to dig. ^_^

Actually i do talk about my pet in Jess blog last time. here again the story..

See, how cute they WERE. looks like they were smiling huh.. from the left, Dada（大大） the son of Lulu, Lulu the mother and NiNi （2 in foo chow ） the daugher of Lulu..

We din buy Lulu, happened one day we found her under our car and so scared. After checked with our neighbourhood, confirmed she;s belong to no body, we decided to have her as we afraid she would kena bully if just went out like that.. she's still young that time, but i can't judge how old was she..

Why i named her Lulu, as she always showed her blur blur face but actually she's smart!

Dada as he was the biggest among 7 sibblings.

NiNi, Ni in foo chow is 2, as she's smaller than Dada, so we called her Ni Ni.

they already passed away on 29 dec 2003 :~( (They were in my hometown)

They were poisoned by the thieves in the early morning. of coz the thieves r not able to break in my house as my house got alarm and full for grill/internal lock.

I got the call from my sis about 10am, i rushed in toilet and cried non-stop !! even until now, when i think of them, my eyes will still get red.. we hav lots of sweet memory together, especially Lulu, i saw how diffcult her gave birth of 7 and
accompany me when i was down...

whenever i saw some similar dogs, hubby will said" future we rear one again". but i refuse, as i afraid to be sad again..
OK, finish the sad story. must cheer up now..

依然想念。。。

Multiply 之 Glutinous Corn 甜糯玉米

I mentioned that there is type of corn in dark purple colour, but actually i don know it's dark purple or dark brown.

Today, as usual i walked to KLCC isetan to buy vege for my ZheQi tomolo, i bought this corn as well..it's from China, eh.. got website as well woh.. www.threeagri.com.cn i never try this before.. Any mummy try this before? it looks a bit..~~~ don know how to describe.

Oh ya, it cost me RM3.90 per pc..

Conclusion:

Before i steam it, i actuall smell it and it smell familiar. quite fresh smell. and it looks like red bean actually.

it don hav smell like sweet corn during steam time, no smell at all.

ok, taste time.. it really sticky, taste totally different with sweet corn. taste a bit like the "old time" corn.. not sure if u gals try that before.. long long time ago,  there is no "pearl corn", there was only that very hard type corn.

this sticky corn a bit taste like that.. just it's hard + sticky..

i don like that.. it doesnt taste "fresh" like sweet corn. end up i only ate one small part only (as shown on last photo).. that's why not Lau Sai like u all worry as well !!

Yesterday brought ZheQi for 1yr old injection (sorry, can't remember the injection name)

here is the conversation between doc and me:

Doc: can walk already ?

me: ~shake head~

Doc: (surprisingly) huh? this kind of size should be able to walk lo

me: cannot oh. even crawl just recently only ..

Doc: ......

Doc: come stand here and measure the height

me: ......(as ZheQi keep moving while standing there with my support, difficult to take measurement..)

Doc: hm.. ok, 80cm, quite tall ah him..

as the weight scale in doc's room is that for baby one, not suitable for Zhe Qi liao, so doctor say after injection only go outside use adult weight scale woh...

Injection time,

me: no need to put him on the bed kah?

Doc: no need lo, big boy liao, u just carry him and turn his backside to me..

i put Zhe Qi on the scale but still holding him, of coz this won accurate, but what to do? Zhe Qi can't stand by himself yet.

so end up i weight together with Zhe Qi, our weight - my weight = Zhe Qi 's weight = 12kg

oh ya, Zhe Qi now only with 4 teeths..

No way to revent as don know where kena bite.. never see got mosquito ah..

luckily 2,3 days can get well after apply the lotion..

Why? as my grandfather in law pass away yesterday morning and tomolo is his funeral.

So? so my mil not free to take care for me becoz she as a daughter in law, she got lot of thing to do tomolo.

Today, when i blogging with Maureen, i mention that again. she feel so funny that my son bite the book! so here i am, post up the "bited book" photo to "share" with u..

I was just a minute not looking at him, the book kena bite la.

I'm more lucky than many parents, everyday i'll fetch back my ZheQi after work from my mil place. Although it's tired, it worth it.

Remember when i was outstation in May 2007, i almost call him everyday as i afraid he couldn't sleep well at my in law place. Thru phone, i kept telling him that "Zhe Qi be good boy ah, must listen to Maa Maa ah, most important is sleep ah". i don know whether he understand or not, but i just keep telling him the same when i called. As my in law place has no air cond and Zhe Qi very scare of hot, so he couldn't sleep well there.

So no matter how, i'll always wan to fetch him back to sleep no matter how late.

Last month 1 nite, my house had no electricity, so i had no choice and sent Zhe Qi to my mil there for overnite, as i think fan is better than nothing. Electricity came back arround 1am.

The next day, my mil told me Zhe Qi slept not well, turn here and there, until almost 3am only asleep ... after hearing this, i was so regret that i sent him to my mil place. if not, at least he could sleep at 1am not 3am.

Few days later, my hubby and i went for JackyCheung concert. i said i wan to fetch bb back after the concert but my mil said nevermind, let him overnite there, as the concert will end late. OK lo, even hubby said let bb sleep with mil as well. So i told Zhe Qi "tonite u sleep at maa maa there ah, but if u really don wan, u just let us know ok? good boy ya" (everytime when i want to leave him with his maa maa, sure i'll tell him, i don care if he understand or not, i just feel like i must tell him)

End up what happen? 11pm somthing my bil called and said Zhe Qi didnt wan to sleep. so they will fetch him back to my house first.

when i reached home at 1am, he slept so well on my bed. "oh my baby, i know u wan to sleep with mummy..."
