冬至晚餐

看看我昨晚煮了什么。


虽只是家常便饭,大家都吃得很开心。


这是正宗福州菜, 红糟猪肉。大家通常听到的一定是红糟鸡,可是我家却喜欢这个。也恰好刚从家乡带红糟回来,不然要煮都没得煮。一流!!





蒸菜园鸡 (浆料忘记照 -_-)






其实还有一汤和一菜,基于普通,所以没照。呵呵呵。。。本也该照张合照,可也因为不好意识,没照。这些都是临上桌前在厨房偷偷照的,哈哈哈。。


这餐的VIP:家婆,小叔,老公的六姑。


六姑评语:合格!嘿嘿嘿。。。



这很丑的东东就是我远从家乡带来的正宗红糟。

  2. PC,maybe u try to 酿the wine urself so tat can hav the 红糟? which i don know how and no intend to learn as the wine is useless for me. hehehe..

    sahm... finally my dream come true huh. hehehe..

    前两天我妈还问我有没有制作红糟的recipe,你有吗?有的话给我,我妈要的。。

    eh,我上次买的真的是一大瓶的,好象是装载啤酒瓶之类的呢。好吧我最近会再托我朋友买,到时再给你看照片。 :)

  23. 呵呵呵,你讲你买过嘛,我以为KL。 可能SITIAWAN 没把酒过滤彻底吧,可能这样比较耐储存?我的是人家HOMEMADE酒,然后给我的,不是买的,所以不清楚真正拿来卖的是怎样的。

    ANYWAY, 到时记得给我看照片。

    其实啊,SITIAWAN的福州东西和东马的有点差别料, 因为大家都会随着不同的环境而改变。
