So happy seeing all other mummies's kids develop so well. but why my boy never wan to learn?

No matter what i teach him, he just ignore, 1 day when he is happy, then he may do. For eg. clapping hand. he clap one when he want to do so.. we teach him to wave "bye bye", he will push our hand away when we hold his hand.

We teach him "mum mum" or "nen nen". but he just don pronounse those start with "M, N, E, Y". he like his own talk of "P, D, G". Yes, until now he still can;t tell "mum mum or nen nen" of coz not mummy as well.. i try hard way to teach him as well, when i know that is feeding time, i let him cry and force him to say nen nen or mum mum, he just cry cry cry... louder and louder.. i even leave him alone in the playpen and force him, but he just keep crying only.. 

sigh~~

i bougth him flash card, he play it as a toy.. whenever i want to show him and teach him, he just push it away.. he like it, as a toy.. and he like books as well, he can play with the book for very long time..

i found that he is stubborn and like to against what we said or teach.. not sure whether he really don understand or just pretend it..

my best fren told me, some baby is like that, they learn in their heart, one day u will surprise he actually lean all, just they don wan to express out...

maybe my way of teaching is wrong?

I really don know how to teach him liao..  so kek sim...

p/s oh yeah, he only understand when i say NO.. & he is going to be 13mth old this weekend..

I hav cut my boy's hair during raya holiday... looks like coconut style huh.. hahah.. daddy said not nice.. i think ok, nevermind la, or else very soon need to cut again...

That was a saturday (22/09/2007) morning, 7am!!
when i was still blur blur and heard Zhe Qi speaking to himself like usual.. suddenly i found he was standing there !! i quickly run out and take the camera and took this..

Multiply 之 1YR OLD INJECTION

Yesterday brought ZheQi for 1yr old injection (sorry, can't remember the injection name)

here is the conversation between doc and me:

Doc: can walk already ?

me: ~shake head~

Doc: (surprisingly) huh? this kind of size should be able to walk lo

me: cannot oh. even crawl just recently only ..

Doc: ......

Doc: come stand here and measure the height

me: ......(as ZheQi keep moving while standing there with my support, difficult to take measurement..)

Doc: hm.. ok, 80cm, quite tall ah him..

as the weight scale in doc's room is that for baby one, not suitable for Zhe Qi liao, so doctor say after injection only go outside use adult weight scale woh...

Injection time,

me: no need to put him on the bed kah?

Doc: no need lo, big boy liao, u just carry him and turn his backside to me..

weighting time,

i put Zhe Qi on the scale but still holding him, of coz this won accurate, but what to do? Zhe Qi can't stand by himself yet.

so end up i weight together with Zhe Qi, our weight - my weight = Zhe Qi 's weight = 12kg

oh ya, Zhe Qi now only with 4 teeths..

Don know it's mosquito bite or ants..

Everytime if Zhe Qi kena bite by mosq. or maybe other insect, it will become like this..

No way to revent as don know where kena bite.. never see got mosquito ah..

luckily 2,3 days can get well after apply the lotion..

Terrible huh...

Still remember the first time i mention that my Zhe Qi bite his books was while Vicky post a blog regardng Chloe & the flash card.

Today, when i blogging with Maureen, i mention that again. she feel so funny that my son bite the book! so here i am, post up the "bited book" photo to "share" with u..

I was just a minute not looking at him, the book kena bite la.

Multiply 之 Crying for Mummy and Daddy

I'm more lucky than many parents, everyday i'll fetch back my ZheQi after work from my mil place. Although it's tired, it worth it.

Remember when i was outstation in May 2007, i almost call him everyday as i afraid he couldn't sleep well at my in law place. Thru phone, i kept telling him that "Zhe Qi be good boy ah, must listen to Maa Maa ah, most important is sleep ah". i don know whether he understand or not, but i just keep telling him the same when i called. As my in law place has no air cond and Zhe Qi very scare of hot, so he couldn't sleep well there.

So no matter how, i'll always wan to fetch him back to sleep no matter how late.

Last month 1 nite, my house had no electricity, so i had no choice and sent Zhe Qi to my mil there for overnite, as i think fan is better than nothing. Electricity came back arround 1am.

The next day, my mil told me Zhe Qi slept not well, turn here and there, until almost 3am only asleep ... after hearing this, i was so regret that i sent him to my mil place. if not, at least he could sleep at 1am not 3am.

Few days later, my hubby and i went for JackyCheung concert. i said i wan to fetch bb back after the concert but my mil said nevermind, let him overnite there, as the concert will end late. OK lo, even hubby said let bb sleep with mil as well. So i told Zhe Qi "tonite u sleep at maa maa there ah, but if u really don wan, u just let us know ok? good boy ya" (everytime when i want to leave him with his maa maa, sure i'll tell him, i don care if he understand or not, i just feel like i must tell him)

End up what happen? 11pm somthing my bil called and said Zhe Qi didnt wan to sleep. so they will fetch him back to my house first.

when i reached home at 1am, he slept so well on my bed. "oh my baby, i know u wan to sleep with mummy..."
